Pre-Enrollment Form

On campus tutorial session placements are not guaranteed; placements are made on a “first come/first served” basis and are subject to minimum/maximum student limits. Due to the need to coordinate tutors in advance, students will not be allowed to participate if registration and payment is not made by the invoice due date.  “FloridaTutoringNetwork, LLC” includes its agents, employees and independent contractors. FloridaTutoringNetwork, LLC will endeavor to tutor students to the best of their ability. Due to the unique nature and abilities of each student and variables in the learning process, FloridaTutoringNetwork, LLC cannot, and does not guarantee any result, and in no event will FloridaTutoringNetwork, LLC's liability exceed that which has been paid to it for its services.
